Although I have always been conscious of protecting my face and used sunscreens throughout the year, I had neglected my hands. Being a keen gardener my hands have been exposed to the sun and the environment and over the last couple of years I can see the result. I have had brown / liver spots develop and was very self conscious about them, I felt I had hands of a woman 20 years older than me.
