Anna Gunning
RGN & Founder 

Anna has taken many courses in Cosmoceutical skincare, Laser Vein and Hair Removal Treatments, Medical Strength Skin Peels, Laser Skin rejuvenation and Ablative/Non-Ablative Laser Resurfacing treatments, Basic/Advanced Injectable Fillers/Volumiser Techniques, Mesotherapy, Sclerotherapy, Derma Roller.

After 15 yrs working as a registered nurse, Anna was looking for a new direction that would allow her to use her medical background in a different way. Joining a prestigious company like The Harley Medical Group would be the stepping stone into the Aesthetic field.  After 2 years Anna decided there was an opening to offer non-surgical aesthetic treatments in the Midlands.  Established 8 years the Clinic has grown with a strong loyal client base.

Aoife Gunning
RGN/Aesthetic Therapist

Aoife Gunning RGN has 8 years specialist experience in Oncology/haematology in London and Ireland.  Aoife made the transition into aesthetics 3yrs ago where she carries out a wide range of Laser and Skin Treatments.
 

Aoife Gunning holds RGN,I.T.E.C., C.I.B.T.A.C. & the International C.I.D.E.S.C.O. qualifications in Aesthetics, Body Therapy, Facial Electronics and Electrolysis. In addition, she specialises in permanent make-up.
 

She has continued to further her interest in skincare she has a special interest in age related skin problems such as teenage spots, sun damage and fine lines and wrinkles using both our Cosmoceuticals. Prescription Facial treatments which are tailored to meet each individuals needs. When required these treatments can be combined with Medical Microdermabrasion and Medical Grade Skin Peels.

Mairead Cheevers
Qualified Beauty Therapist/Aesthetic Therapist

Mairead is a qualified beauty therapist with extensive experience in the aesthetic field.Mairead started in Dundrum Medical Clinic 6 yrs ago where she gained training and experience using Lasers/IPL’s and providing aesthetic skin treatments. 

Since joining the team at The Laser and Skin Clinic Mairead had updated her skills and regularly attends training both in house and external.

Mairead Cheever’s holds I.T.E.C., and C.I.B.T.A.C. qualifications in Aesthetics, has several years of experience in the beauty industry with a wealth of knowledge of products, treatments and skin problems. Mairead also offers Laser Skincare Treatments such as skin rejuvenation, Laser Treatments for sundamage, pigmentation, and broken capillaries.  She is an experienced operator of the Leading Cynosure Elite.Mairead is a great all rounder and enjoys educating people with either skincare or excess hair problems.
 

Lucy Carty
RGN.DipN
 

Lucy has 15 years experience in Nursing/Management and holds a Diploma in Nursing Studies from Queens University Belfast.

Lucy has a keen interest in Dermatology, Skin Conditions and Skin Care and is able to apply her vast medical experience within the aesthetics industry.  Her extensive training is ongoing and she regularly attends seminars and training on medical aesthetics and treatments. 

 

Lucy has attended specialist training for all the treatments that she conducts.   Lucy has a passion for all aspects of non surgical cosmetic treatments and her clinical skills and approachability has ensured her success at The Laser and Skin Clinic.  Lucy is enthusiastic about her work and in helping people achieve optimum results.   More recently Lucy has received training certificates with Image SkinCare, SkinCeuticals and SkinMedica products. She holds certificates from Cynosure Lasers, DermaGenesis Microdermabrasion, Genuine Dermaroller treatments and Image Skin Peels.

Neill  Reddy has been with Clinic since it opened over 8 years ago.He has extensive experience in Anti Wrinkle injection treatments and Dermal Fillers. 
 

Laura Anderson
Clinic Administrator

Laura manages our front desk and clinic booking system.
 

Laura is your first contact at The Laser and Skin Clinic the warm and welcoming face of The Laser and Skin Clinic reception, she will also assist you with booking queries, appointments, consultation forms, treatment selection, therapist selection, courses, packages and prices.

Audrey Larkin
Athlone Clinic Receptionist

Audrey manages our Athlone Clinic front desk and administration.

She is a great communicator and will always be available to help and advise you on your queries and bookings.

Erica Lynch
Qualified Beauty Therapist

Erica is a qualified beauty therapist with ITEC qualifications and has worked in the beauty industry for many years.

Erica has extensive experience in the aesthetic field from skin peels, microdermabrasion, IPL Treatments and she specialises in Medical Grade Laser treatments.

Since joining our team in Mullingar Erica has updated her skills and regularly attends training both in-house and externally

Mairéad Guilfoyle
Office Administrator

Mairéad is responsible for the general administration duties of our clinic which include advertising and accounts records.

Mairead is also responsible for the running of our newly launched online shop www.TheSkinShopDirect.ie.

Mairéad holds a Degree in Management & Law and a Diploma in Office Information Systems.

Sheena manages the front desk in our Mullingar clinic.

Shelley Desmond
Qualified Beauty Therapist

Shelley is a qualified Beauty Therapist with extensive experience in Aesthetic and Laser Treatments and has worked in spa and clinic environments for the past 6 years.  Shelley has completed many training courses in advanced treatments such as Medical Grade Laser Hair Removal, Skin Peels and aesthetic skin treatments.

Shelley holds I.T.E.C, C.I.B.T.A.C, and C.I.D.E.S.C.O qualfications and is enthusiastic about helping her clients acheive the best possible results for hair reduction and improvement of skin problems.

Asha Perry
Dublin Clinic Receptionist

Asha manages our Dublin clinic front desk and administration and she is your first point of contact for all bookings and enquiries.

Having worked as a Laser & Skin Terapist in a clinic environment for several years, she has extensive knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products and is more than happy to offer advice on treatment and product selection, along with booking appointments and answering any queries related to treatment packages and pricing.

Ruth O'Neill

Ruth is our part-time receptionist in our Dublin Clinic.

Ruth has worked in the customer service industry for the last 20 years and has a very friendly and polite manner.  

She holds a Certificate in Higher Level Administraton and in Secretarial Studies.
